How to Use

• Recommended daily dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
• Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon).
• Dosage can be increase during winter:
• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times, daily.
• Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.

Black Elderberry Juice 3.6g, Glucose Syrup, Black Elderberry Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
