Meet Noelle, our supervising pharmacist.
Noelle studied pharmacy at Trinity College Dublin where she was awarded the prestigious Foundation Scholarship and she later went on graduate with a distinction in a Masters Degree in Community Pharmacy from Queens University, Belfast.
More recently Noelle who has a keen interest in the holistic approach to health travelled to London to complete training in “Prescribing lifestyle Medicine”for healthcare professionals organised by Dr.Ranjan Chatterjee & Dr.Ayan Panja. This approach is designed to help patients with chronic health conditions to help themselves through dietary & lifestyle changes & a better understanding of their prescribed medicines.
Noelle loves nothing more than to get to the root cause of the symptom, the why and if we can fix that in a combined approach between lifestyle tweaks, vitamin/mineral supplements and appropriate medicines when needed then that’s a job well done! Sometimes the answer is staring us in the face, but we just haven’t stood still long enough to see it!

Under normal circumstances, this consultation takes place in the Private Consultation Room at Rosscarbery Pharmacy. However due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a blended approach of sometime face to face and some time on the phone is being used at the moment.
In 2019, Noelle was awarded the West Cork Businesswoman of the year in the STEM category.
