Prescription Services

At Rosscarbery Pharmacy in West Cork we dispense prescriptions under all of the Government schemes eg.DPS,Dental,GMS,High Tech,LTI etc as well as private prescriptions.

✔ E-Mail prescriptions from your Doctor/Dentist:
Your GP/Hospital Doctor/Dentist can e-mail your prescription to us using the secure e-mail available to healthcare professionals only, Healthmail, our pharmacy address for this secure e-mail is rosscarbery@healthmail.ie
Please ensure that your doctor/dentist puts a contact phone number for you on the prescription so we can get in touch once we have the medication ready for collection/delivery.

*Please bring original copy of prescription on collection

✔ We offer a NATIONWIDE DELIVERY SERVICE for prescriptions
This service is provided by An Post and shipping is 6 euros, however certain weight restrictions apply and large parcels may incur a greater charge. A staff member will be in touch prior to dispatch if this is the case.

✔ Pharmacist Advise about your dispensed medicines.
One of our pharmacists will speak to you prior to you collecting your medicines or prior to their dispatch if you have chosen delivery to your door if there are any counselling points that we need to discuss with you. On receipt of your medicines from us we are happy to take any queries that you may have, you can contact us here.
