        These Alflorex PrecisionBiotics capsules help with digestive problems related to the bowels. This natural occurring bacteria is part of the family of bacteria given by mother to baby at birth. These are:

        How to Use
        Take one capsule daily with or without food.

        Ingredients
        Corn starch, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulouse, bacteria culture*, sterate.
        *35624 (Bifidobacterium longum culture) 1 x 109 colony forming units per capsule.
