How to Use

| Adults and children over 12 years of age | Using the spoon provided, take two 5ml spoonfuls (i.e.=10mls) three to four times per 24 hour period | ||

• Do not take more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period • Leave at least 4-6 hours between doses • If symptoms persist or worsen for 5 days, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. |
